At Elite Advanced Filtration, we are committed to providing high-quality water filtration solutions tailored to each customer’s specific needs. Because our systems are customized and often sourced based on individual requirements, our refund policies are designed to reflect the nature of our services and products.
Custom Orders
Many of the filtration systems and components we provide are selected and ordered specifically for each customer based on their water quality and home requirements. Due to the customized nature of these orders, deposits made toward equipment or materials may be non-refundable once the order has been placed with suppliers.
Cancellations
Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to account for scheduling and preparation time.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Once services have been completed or installation has been performed, refunds are generally not available. However, we aim to work with customers to address any concerns and reach a fair resolution when possible.

Installation Services
Installation services may be carried out by licensed third-party professionals. While Elite Advanced Filtration coordinates these services, we are not directly responsible for the workmanship of independent installers. Any issues related to installation will be reviewed and addressed appropriately.
Damages or Defects
If any product is received in a damaged or defective condition, customers should contact us as soon as possible. We will assist in coordinating a resolution in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty and policies.
